Can you tell I’m procrastinating ….
I’m photo-shopping a lot of images today and since I’m in a social ‘want-to-get-out-of-the-house’ mood, after every completed image I reward myself with a look at Facebook/twitter/tumblr etc…
This is pic of mine of Sammi Jo Wilson (with Mode Management). It was supposed to be (and kinda still is) for my fashion portfolio. Its pretty similar to my glamour work but, as everyone knows, there’s a fine line between fashion and glamour and I feel this does sort of linger on the fashion side… a little.
Back to photo-shopping.

Published in Nuts again….
My first Bedroom Babe shoot is published in this weeks Nuts Magazine :) The shoot was a few weeks ago in an amazing apartment in South London. The apartment was on the Thames and had amazing views of the river…. unfortunately it was the greyest day ever! - so rather depressing!
Stylist: Sarah Cook
Make-up Artist: Jo Adams

Heres a pic from last weeks shoot with Natalie Taylor from Girl Management… Its not the kinda photo i normally take as i normally set up studio and use my big fat flashes. This time i just used one SB900 mounted on top on my camera. I’ve noticed a lot of the lad’s magazines are taking more and more photos this way…. Plus i did get a mood board for this shoot and all the images pretty much looked like this. I’m not complaining…. its makes life a lot more lighter :) and i do think the images it produces are pretty cool.
Its a bit scary not photo-shopping the images the way I’m used to though… Nuts magazine told me to tone it down a little… i guess they want it to look more real and less polished….. but now I’m just afraid I’m UNDER photo-shopping :S

Today i had my interview with Nuts magazine :) i was surprisingly relaxed… then again i did have my oversized portfolio to hide behind. I got to london bridge nice and early, had breakfast in pret, then headed to the massive blue fin building.
There were cheer leaders and a man with a massive bag of Krispy Kremes at reception, i assumed they were going to Nuts but judging by FHM’s tweet today they were going to FHM. The lady at reception took an unflattering low angle picture of me, gave me a security tag and directed me to the lifts.
Upstairs i met Colin (Nut’s picture researcher), John (Picture editor) and Daffydd (Deputy picture editor). They were really nice and took some time to look at my portfolio and answer my questions. The office was HUGE so thankfully i didn’t have the whole office overhearing my ramblings. It seemed to go well, i was in there for 20mins. I wish i could have stayed all day snooping about the office asking a million questions…. but these men had work to do and my time was up.
I was really expecting shaky legs and high pitched squeaky noises to come out of my mouth but i managed to stay calm :) … I did managed to leave my security tag at their desk… so they can have a nice laugh at my picture before returning it to reception :S
Hopefully soon i’ll get a commission to do a ‘Bedroom babes’ feature…..*fingers crossed*…..
